Social Sports Project Funding The Construction Of Evaluation System And The Measures For Its Implementation

National fitness sport is a universal business, large scale, on its organization and management need to widely mobilize social forces, to organize the mammoth national fitness activities. High concentrations of sports administrative system, under the condition of the new China’s sports is very backward, once a poor activation of social resources, enhance the public’s trust, stimulate people’s patriotic enthusiasm, strengthen the positive role of social cohesion. However, in the period of transition from planned economy to market economy in our country, various kinds of sports undertakings have developed diversified, the sports administrative system are also changing accordingly. Change of government function is to promote the development of the national fitness system perfect the fundamental premise and guarantee, the government policy has been issued by purchasing service. In May 2015, the ministry of culture, ministry of finance, general administration of press and publication administration of radio, film and television, sports of the draft "about to do a good job of the government power to purchase public cultural services to the society’s opinions put forward:by 2020, establish a more perfect government in the national basic power purchase system of public cultural services to the society, form and adapt to economic and social development level, and people’s spiritual and cultural and sports fitness needs consistent supply of public cultural resources allocation mechanism and mechanism.
