The teachers mobility culture is a new macro thinking, It rooted in the practice of teachers mobility activities, formed a series of valuable spiritual cultural achievements. Today, it pursues the fair and harmonious development of education, the mobility of teachers in middle and primary school has been the focus attention of the education researcher,the study of middle and primary school teachers mobility culture is imperative, no matter in the part of refine the theory or the part of practices guide, it all has important research value.This research mainly discusses teachers mobility culture around five questions:The first one, what is the teachers mobility culture. The teachers mobility culture refers to the basic understanding、common belief, value pursuit and the behavior style that widely be accepted and shared, all follow them, it can be divided into three dimensions with concept of culture, the host culture and the management culture. As a spirit achievement that produced in the process of the activity by specific group, it has important features of wholeness, subjectivity, practicality, dynamic and stability which are different from other cultures. It can play its guiding function、 inspirits function、constraint function、debugging functions and condensation function to promote teachers rational and orderly mobility towards the goal. Secondly, where is the teachers mobility culture come from. The teachers mobility culture is a historical concept, it has different cultural Expressions in different periods. Reforming with a tipping point of the reform and opening up, The teachers mobility shows two kinds of situation of the authority culture and the effective cultural. Thirdly, the right requests of the teachers mobility culture. As a special kind of cultural form, the teachers mobility culture has its own unique cultural character. The concept of culture has "equilibrium" as the quality requirements Main culture "development" as the quality requirements、the host culture has "development" as the quality requirements, the management culture has "humanity" as the quality requirements building up the ideal state of the teachers mobility culture.
