In the pursuit of the balanced development of compulsory education,the rational flow of teachers has become a problem to be solved in the reform and development of education,as a new thought rooted in the flow of teachers,the study of cultural adaptation in teacher flow is also a matter of concern.Because teacher development and educational reform depend to a large extent on the development of teacher culture,without the support of teacher culture,any educational reform and teacher development are formalized and incomplete.The degree of influent teacher cultural adaptation determines the quality of classroom teaching,and affects the mastery of teaching contents and methods,and affects students' acquisition of curriculum knowledge,and also restricts their own promotion of professional adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and environmental adaptability,and impeding the rational flow of teachers,it is bad for the balanced development of compulsory education.Therefore,improving the cultural adaptability of influent teachers is the need to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,promote the professional development of teachers and create a harmonious campus.In view of this,the main research direction of this study is how to combine the current situation of teachers' flow,to analyze the cultural adaptation of influent teachers,and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies based on the reasons.In this study,the influent teachers from four junior middle schools and five primary schools in S County of Henan Province were selected as the research object.Through questionnaires and interviews,this study makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on the cultural adaptation of influent teachers in the country.Through investigation,it is found that the single flow situation from rural to urban area has gradually changed,the voluntary flow of urban teachers is also part of it,Teachers' sense of flow has improved.However,the phenomenon of moving from rural to urban area is still the main trend,the cultural adaptability of influent teachers is still lacking,the collisions are mainly revealed teaching concepts,teaching methods,interpersonal relationships,communication and cooperation,and school management culture.Aim at the existing problems,from the three aspects of teachers,school management and the policies of education departments,a tentative plan is put forward for the cultural adjustment strategy of influent teachers.First,the teachers should improve their cultural development,improve cultural consciousness and correct subjective cognition of teachers,improve the knowledge and ability of teaching,develop their teaching introspection and strengthening the consciousness of cooperation.Secondly,the schools should improve the level of management culture,establish the management of humanism,creating an atmosphere of humanistic management,create favorable conditions or carry out more activities to promote teachers' natural cooperation.Finally,the educational sector should also create more good services and guarantee,strengthening the system supervision and publicity,and increase financial subsidies.
