| Scientific research is one of the three functions of higher education institutions, college teachers in shouldering the task of personnel training and also undertake the task of scientific research. At present, the proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities teachers is increasing, young teachers as the main body of university teachers, their research capacity and level of research directly related to the strength and level of universities scientific research, is the hope for the future development of colleges and universities, their research capacity and level will also affect our country technological innovation. Therefore, young university teacher’s scientific research development problem is the need to confront and the problem to be solved.Based on this, this study extensive literature review, collection of information on the basis, through the relevant literature screening collated and summarized, then the status quo research university young teachers as a starting point, under the guidance of the theory, the analysis of young Chinese Universities Current status of research of teachers, young teachers in research to identify the problems in the growth and the corresponding countermeasures.This paper defines the basic concepts of young teachers, research capabilities, explains the theory of lifelong education, teacher specialization theory. Secondly, through questionnaires to understand the status of young teachers in this study two types of questionnaires four universities selected for the survey, and the two types of research status quo of young university teachers were compared. In the statistical analysis of science research status of young teachers in colleges and universities include the following aspects:the young teachers on the current research status quo to their own satisfaction, and the reasons; the main difficulties of young teachers in research work; young teachers is mainly engaged in scientific research purposes; the situation of young teachers engaged in research activities; research on young teachers at the time of investment; young school teacher satisfaction research policy; young teachers of research funding; the research team involved in the case of young teachers; university research mentoring implementation; young teachers participate in academic exchanges and training situations. Again, research on the status of the selected categories of analysis of young university teachers and universities to compare two types of situation, find common problems and different types of problems young teachers in research universities exist. In this study, young teachers have several major scientific issues:first, the subject is difficult to apply, less research funding; second, teaching task is heavy, less research time; and third, participate of a team is difficult, and less mass to help guide; fourth, training hard, less academic exchanges; fifth, scientific research pressure, satisfaction is not high; sixth, the differences of two university is obvious, the situation is different. Finally, for young university teachers in research and development in the problems cause analysis, and the corresponding countermeasures. Solve the problem of young teachers in research growing, requires the joint efforts of young teachers and university itself, from the following three aspects:first, the young teachers to enhance their own learning, and constantly improve and upgrade themselves. Specific measures: Young teachers should recognize the importance of research, to strengthen its scientific meaning; to enhance their understanding, to establish a correct scientific concepts; to strengthen the theoretical education, improve the knowledge structure; to correctly deal with teaching and research work, deal with both relationship. Second, research universities to create conditions for young teachers to optimize research environment. Specific measures:colleges and universities to establish and improve the research team, research mentor system; the opportunity for young teachers in colleges and universities to provide more academic exchanges, training and achieve the diversification of forms of training; colleges and universities to provide financial support for young teachers, good research funding guarantee; Third, colleges and universities to establish a scientific research management, evaluation and incentives. Specific measures:To establish a flexible research and talent management system; to establish research and evaluation, assessment mechanism within the perfect college; to build a wide range of research incentives.In a word, the university should fully recognize the importance of the growth of young teachers, young teachers themselves should recognize the importance of research and development as well as their own body to assume responsibility for research. Young teachers in the research path of growth, not only the young teachers themselves have a strong research and development of consciousness, the university must also provide good conditions for young teachers to create a good atmosphere, and the establishment of research and development to protect young teachers in research management, motivation mechanism, so as to better promote the growth of young teachers in the research. |
