Since the 21 st century,the popularization of higher education in China has been accelerating.In order to meet the development needs of higher education,Chinese universities have been actively expanding their enrollment,increasing the number of college students and corresponding number of university teachers.As the main force of college teachers,young teachers in colleges and universities have a direct impact on the healthy development of China's higher education and the growth of students due to their professional ethics,political literacy and professional level.On the basis of theoretical research,empirical analysis and literature review,this paper first analyzes the cultural factors affecting the post-service education of young teachers in universities and colleges,including spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,material culture and environmental culture.And on this basis constructs the post-service education model of young teachers in universities and colleges.Second,including Qingdao university,Qingdao university of science and technology,ocean university of China,shandong normal university,jinan university and yantai university.The design of the young teachers in colleges and universities education questionnaire,it involves young university teachers in education demand and esteemed,post-career education content design and implementation,the specific force of post-career education university culture as well as the four aspects of the problem.Through the results of the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview analysis,it can be concluded that there are objective problems in the post-service education of young teachers in universities and colleges in China,such as the lack of attention to the subject of education in spirit,the non-standard educational mechanism,the shortage of cultural resources and the lack of behavioral practicality,and the social,organizational and personal reasons for this problem are analyzed.Finally,from the young teachers in colleges and universities after education present situation,and combined with domestic and foreign successful experience,from cultural value,cultural system,cultural resources,cultural practices,the education idea,education mechanism,the quality of education,education behavior aspects proposed the effective development strategies: formation of cultural value as led post-career education concept,establish a culture system to regulate post-career education mechanism,improving to cultural resources to ensure the quality of education,since encouraged to cultural practice under the guidance of teacher education behavior.
