With the rapid development of Chinese education cause, people’s attention on the occupation of teacher is increasingly. The sense of achievement is based on the occupation identity, teacher’s occupation accomplishment has become a hot topic. Teacher’s professional accomplishment ascension, is conducive to the cultivation of teachers’ own good working attitude and responsibility, but also conducive to the real identity of the occupation of teacher, and the pursuit of self value realization in the identification.However, Kashi is located in southern border, because of its special geographical position and humanities education environment. But the research and achievements of occupation for the achievements of local secondary school teachers and not too much. In view of this, the author in reference to foreign, especially on the basis of the existing research results on the mainland, Kashi urban secondary school teachers occupation achievement sense has carried in the spot investigation and analysis.The text of the study is on the basis of Maslow’s Needs theory and the Herzberg Double factors theory. By literature study and research for the method, take Kashi No.2 Middle School, Kashi No.28 Middle School, the high school of Kashi Normal College teachers of research object, a total of 280 questionnaires, 264 of them were recovered, 236 of them are effected questionnaires. Teacher’s professional accomplishment questionnaire sense is divided into four research dimensions: policy treatment, social status, working environment and personal development.And the basic situation of Kashi city middle school teachers, from the gender, nationality, age, teaching subjects, income and work hours has several aspects of statistics, statistical results showed that the feeling is higher than male teachers in the junior middle school stage for professional women in senior middle school stage achievements, but the effect is opposite; professional achievement of ethnic minority teachers sense higher than the Han teachers; teachers’ professional achievements in the growth stage of the highest enthusiasm sense; junior middle school stage major teacher’s professional accomplishment was significantly higher than that of liberal arts and science as well as the assistant teachers, but in the senior high school stage, the professional sense of achievement feeling is higher the science teacher, and this among them again with a science teacher from the angle of the high salary; speaking, the annual salary of the highest sense in Teachers’ professional achievements in 40000- 60000.Based on the above differences or reason, researchers to improve the management of teachers and teaching from two perspectives: the establishment of proposed policy guarantee, and create a social atmosphere, to improve the school environment; improve literacy in the teacher training, learn from the experience in the reference, in the classroom practice exercise ability, the formation of wisdom in the reflection of the study, counter measure in Khalid ents in the taste of happiness.
