Elementary school music education is the music education in basic education stage, is the focus of the art education discipline. From 1999, \"the central committee of the communist party of China, the state council on deepening education reform and comprehensively promote quality education decision\", put forward the adjustment and reform of curriculum structure,system, content, and establish a new basic education curriculum. And with the development of society, economy, culture and other aspects, in the new historical conditions, the current music education idea, method and content is not suitable for the overall development of quality education, affect the efficiency of the music aesthetic, so music education reform is imperative.Then, in 2001 promulgated the \"full-time compulsory education music course standard experiment edition, 2011 issued a\" full-time compulsory education music education curriculum standard(revised edition) \", after 10 years of education experiment, our country elementary school music education developing rapidly. Throughout the primary school music curriculum standards, primary school singing teaching as an important part of elementary school music teaching, is the realization of music for the center with aesthetic education, one of the important ways in learning can cultivate student’s singers sang hobby, promote the development of student’s body andmind. Elementary school students in the early stages of life development, and its physiological and psychological need to pour out of a good education,music itself is beautiful, you can direct your heart. Singing is an important expression way of the music, the important growth stage in the life of primary school students not only can sing good education training, the development basic music literacy of students, train the ability of singing, but also for primary school students physical and mental development of all aspects can also play a role, more important is to develop the students’ music interests,enrich the students’ music experience, and gradually to cultivate the students’ music aesthetic ability. But, in the actual process of primary school singing teaching Hohhot appeared some schools do not take the elementary school singing teaching phenomenon, the author in this phenomenon from the selection of Hohhot eight primary schools, a systematic investigation into the practical teaching of primary school singing teaching observation group investigation, design related questionnaire, and combined with the new music,find out the actual problems arising from the primary school singing teaching,analyses the cause of the problem, combined with the actual teaching situation and the center of the problem, to explore how good singing teaching in primary school music lessons. Based on the above ideas, this paper set up four chapters: the first chapter includes two aspects, first of all, \"the full-time compulsory education music education curriculum standard(revised edition)\" part of nuclear new concept and singing teaching reading, and onthe basis of actual investigation, the survey data and the data of Hohhot eight primary schools to arrange, and analyzed the present at the center of the problem; The second, three, four chapters, respectively, to present the central issue to explore the system, and analyze problems, put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of primary school singing teaching,theory with practice, the countermeasures combined with the problems,starting from the actual elementary school singing teaching, to explore how good elementary school singing lessons.
