The Research Of The Current Employment Situation And Suggestion Of College Graduate In Inner Mongolia Automous Region

There is an inevitable and prevelent situation encountered by both of the developing and developed world dispite of the developing level, which is called “the employment crisis”. China, as a member of surging developing countries, now days encounter the unique characters upon this issue. This is also a quiet common and urgent phenomenon, which almost all the common people are pursing the high educational backgrond.And it leads to an imbalance between the technial human resource and academic researching staff.Nowadys, researchers and professors has lay the theoritical basises upon this issue.There is also a sharp and harsh situation in this direction.As all know,Inner Mongolia is an autonomous region,thus the employment enviroment is much more complicated compared with the inner land. What we contribute is presenting the theoritical proof for the Autonomous Government on the content of the current employment circumstance.This paper is consisted by four parts:1、Introduction. The first chapter introducts the current situation in the range of college graduates both at home and abroad.2、The data collection and data analysis. We will collect and analysis the employment situation of the college graduate students in whole Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.3、Analysis the reasons and introduce the solutions based on the second chapter.4、Raise the constructive suggestion for the local government, colleges, societys and the graduate students seperatively.
