In years, with the progress and development of science and technology, quietly walked into the campus monitoring equipment, becomes an important "helpers" of campus management. However, monitoring equipment for campus management made a lot of help at the same time, also violated the teachers some rights. This article will focus on the impact in the classroom, installation of electronic monitoring of teaching autonomy for the topic, and discuss.The article is divided into four parts. The introduction questions. The first chapter the author on the nature of electronic surveillance in University classroom behavior made the legal definition that the management of universities in the classroom under the supervision of an administrative authority; later to limit the management of university teachers to do a description.The second chapter of the teachers autonomy overview, first define the basic concepts of teaching autonomy, and secondly describes the content of teaching autonomy, including the right of teachers’ curriculum implementation plans, teaching methods and teaching methods use rights, the right choice of textbooks and the right to use evaluation tools; and finally discusses the teaching autonomy characteristics.The third chapter discusses the impact of electronic monitoring of Universities classroom teaching autonomy, both positive and negative impacts. In a positive impact, the main role is to promote the role of teaching and supervision activities; the negative impact on the teachers’ curriculum implementation plans right teaching methods and teaching forms and constitutes a violation of the right to use.Chapter IV of university classrooms electronic monitoring system of co-regulation are discussed, first described the principle of regulation, including the power to restrict the principle, the principle of proportionality, the principle of due process and the principle of the best interests of students; the same time, the electronic monitoring and video surveillance systems storage and use of information, mading some humble opinion.
