In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and socialknowledge economy, as well as the increasingly national competition being fierce thanever before, the development of education has been regarded as the important pillar ofthe national development strategy. Higher education, spreading knowledge and creatingknowledge for our country and society, has increasingly become a social activity center,and it shoulders important responsibility of cultivating the talented people. Therefore,on the one hand, higher education, as the cradle of talents, tries hard to meet the socialneeds, conveying talents for the society simultaneously. On the other hand, societyprovides physical environment needed for universities. At the same time, recruitstudents, teaching and employment, as three major supporting components of highereducation, have become a guarantee and cornerstone to convey qualified andoutstanding graduates for society. At present, with the expansive scale of recruitingstudents, the employment pressure has also been obvious. Thus, it requires universitiesto ensure to provide a large quantity of highly qualified graduates to society. And themain base that cultivates highly qualified graduates is class.It is safe to say that effective Classroom Teaching is the key point to cultivate highqualified graduates. The effective implementation of High School Teaching Mode is oneof measures to systematize Classroom Teaching efficiency. And teachers, as the keyfactor in teaching activity, cannot be ignored in the whole teaching process, which alsobeing key parts to which higher education should pay more attention. By comparativeanalysis of Classroom Teaching Mode domestically and internationally and Teachers’Role, this paper views Teachers’ role in foreign Teaching Model as flow, whiledomestical Teaching Mode as source, to reject the dross and assimilate the essence.Thus, this paper takes rational thinking for the essence of Teacher’s Role in ClassroomTeaching Mode of High Schools. This paper can be divided into three parts:The first part is introduction section. In this part we mainly introduced the mainacademic value and application background of Teachers’ Role of Classroom TeachingMode in both China and western colleges and universities. We explain related concepts about the teaching mode and the role of teachers. Meanwhile, by investigating theresearches on Teaching Mode, Teachers’ Role, and Teachers’ Role in certain TeachingMode in both China and abroad, we use the results as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part mainly discusses comparative analysis of Teachers’ Role inTeaching Mode in College and University classroom. The basic theory of Teachers’role is analyzed. And then we compare and analyze Teachers’ role in certain TeachingMode between China and that of America.In the third part, we mainly take rational thinking about Teachers’ Role in TeachingMode in Colleges and Universities’ classroom both domestically and abroad. Based onthe understanding of the content of above two parts, we think about three properties anddiversification development of Teaching Mode and Teachers’ Role. Furthermore, wetake profoundly think about the issue of construction of teachers’ team and thedevelopment of the teaching reformation.
