Research On The Supply Of Compulsory Education In Sanming Under The Target Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation For Education

Targeted poverty alleviation for education is the application of targeted poverty alleviation in education field.It is a process in which the government accurately identifies the object of assistance,finds the problem and the cause,then suit the remedy to the case,solves the problem and controls the program.Compulsory education is the most important cornerstone of the whole educational pyramid and the basic education supported by national financial support.The stable foundation of education plays an important role in the healthy and sustainable development of the whole education system.Therefore,it is quite meaningful to analyze the application of targeted poverty alleviation strategy in the field of compulsory education and study the government's supply of compulsory education under the target of targeted poverty alleviation for education.Under the guidance of targeted poverty alleviation for education policy,this study uses the literature analysis,empirical analysis and interview survey methods to analyze the current situation of compulsory education supply in Sanming City,and confirm the achievements has made in helping the weak areas of compulsory education and promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.At the same time,there are some problems,such as the lack of long-term development planning of compulsory education,the allocation of rural teachers' resources lagging behind the urban areas,the obstacles to improving school running conditions,and the insufficient investment of local government education funds,such problems restrict the high-quality development of Sanming's compulsory education.There are profound political,economic,social and institutional reasons behind these problems.Finally,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes,this study proposes four countermeasures.First,improving the development plan for education poverty alleviation.Second,allocating resources for education poverty alleviation in the best way.Third,increasing and raising funds for compulsory education in a diversified way.Fourth,building a sound supervision and assessment system for education poverty alleviation.Through these methods,we hope to improve the problems existing in the supply of compulsory education in Sanming City under the target of targeted povertyalleviation for education,provide theoretical reference for local governments to implement targeted poverty alleviation for education and improve the quality of compulsory education supply.
