The balanced development of compulsory education is one of the core factors that affect the development of education in China at this stage.Coordinating the allocation of educational resources in the development stage of compulsory education is the basis for the balanced development of compulsory education.This study applies the basic knowledge of geography,pedagogy,politics,economics,philosophy,public administration and other disciplines,and adopts literature,quantitative analysis and field research methods.Taking the balanced measurement of compulsory education in Zhaotong County of Yunnan Province as the research object of the poverty concentrated area,this paper systematically analyzed the current situation of compulsory education resource allocation and the degree of compulsory education equilibrium.Based on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the allocation of compulsory education resources and the balanced development of compulsory education,this paper puts forward a scientific and systematic new idea and strategy to optimize the balanced development of compulsory education in poverty concentrated areas.In this complex and rapidly developing environment,people's material conditions are becoming more and more abundant,and the demand for education is increasing.The contradiction between education demand and education supply is urgently needed to be solved.People pay more and more attention to the balanced development of compulsory education.This is reflected not only in the government but also in the ordinary people.In addition,the state must implement poverty alleviation and strive to lift people in poverty-stricken areas out of poverty and work hard towards a well-to-do life.For poverty-stricken areas,poverty alleviation in education occupies a crucial role.This also determines the specific measures for the balanced development of compulsory education in poverty-stricken areas.China is in the critical period of education reform,and the development of basic education is very important.The development of basic education,especially compulsory education,is directly related to the success of China's education reform.Therefore,the balanced development of compulsory education in poverty-stricken areas must be supported and studied.In this whole study,it is mainly composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the definition and theoretical basis of the related concepts.The related concepts introduce the county,balanced development of education,national poverty-stricken counties and poverty concentrated areas.The theoretical basis includes human capital theory,man-land relationship theory,educational economics theory,and the application of the above theory in this research.The third part mainly introduces various aspects of the research area,including the basics of natural geography,human geography and the development of compulsory education,layi ng a solid foundation for follow-up research.In the fourth part,the index system was collected and collected through data collection,which included education opportunity index,education outcome index,dangerous housing index,average student collection index,student average investment index,education teacher index,student average equipment index,average occupation area index,and teachers.Index systems such as the Qualification Index were sorted out.The following research methods were selected for these issues.The regional gaps in resource allocation were analyzed using range and extreme business methods,variance coefficients,and Gink coefficients.The level of balanced development of compulsory education was based on range and range extremes,and fuzzy matter-element models.analysis.In the fifth part,using the relevant index system of the fourth part and the regional gap calculation method,the equilibrium status of the compulsory education resource allocation in all counties and districts of Zhaotong City was calculated.At the same time,the difference coefficient and The fuzzy matter-element model analyzes the balanced development of compulsory education in counties and districts in Zhaotong City.On this result,the spatial order analysis of 10 time cross sections was performed.At the same time,the degree of differences in the allocation of compulsory education resources and the development status of compulsory education development,process analysis,and gap change analysis were performe d in time series.The sixth part is to elaborate on the conclusions of the development of compulsory education in 11 counties and districts,and put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for relevant conclusions.Through cross-discipline research,the author systematically analyzed the status quo of the balanced development of compulsory education i n all counties and districts in Zhaotong City from the perspectives of geography,pedagogy,politics,economics,philosophy,and public administration.Through the compilation of relevant data and the scientific system analysis of the need to resolve the problem of balanced development of compulsory education in poverty-stricken areas,it finally proposes ways to solve the balanced development of compul sory education in counties and districts in Zhaotong City.
