A Comparative Study On Leisure Sports Talent Training Mode For Part Of China And The United States College

This paper used literature, logic analysis, expert interviews and comparative analysis to study the United States and China leisure sports professional personnel training mode. Comparing analysis by social demands, training objective, training specifications, curriculum and training mode. Find the problem on our country sports leisure existing in the process of talent cultivation, with the help of the advanced and perfect of training mode, explore training mode suitable for China’s national conditions, providing theoretical basis for leisure sports professional talent training in China. Conclusions are below:(1)Professional jobs for leisure sports in China is not much, has no recruitment about leisure sports on website. Therefore, leisure sports in China can t cultivate well through the social demand, the people who need in social has not consistent with leisure sports of colleges, especially on quality. We cannot cultivate applied people in terms of training mode of our country at present;(2) The training goal of America is diverse and clear, focus on cultivation of practice ability, also able to produce people needs of society; there is on core of people training goal in our country, we have no clear detailed targets except cultivating the beauty of morality, intelligence and physique;(3) The leisure sports in America professional training specification focuses on management, planning, evaluation, mainly to undertake all types of participatory sports leadership positions; And leisure sports in China professional cultivation standard focuses on scientific research, aesthetic ability, lack of the cultivation of practice ability;(4) In curriculum, the compulsory course has low credits and the elective course has high credits in America, most of the course can be freedom choice by the students, they can cultivate their ability according to their own interest. While China has high compulsory course and has low elective course. American school has same curriculum while our country has different curriculum in the compulsory course. This leads to professional leisure sports in China have not form a resultant force, without a unified development direction; in the field of course setting, the United States can do it according to the school situation. While our country is set up by education bureau unified;(5) Our country has the similar years of cultivating the leisure sports with the United States in training mode, but we are different in admissions way. Our country get the students through examination, while the America by themselves, the students can choose to interview, ultimately determine the school, the way of cultivating in American is stronger flexibility than our country.
