The cultivation of full-time master's degree is a new mode of master's degree cultivation in China.The training goal is a professional talented person with a solid theoretical foundation that can adapt to the specific industry or career development needs.At present,there are certain practical foundations for the cultivation of full-time professional degree graduates in China.However,in order to better adapt to the needs of future professional personnel development and meet the professional needs of modern development,it is necessary to further improve and innovate the training mode of the professional graduate students.Based on the theory of higher education popularization and the analysis of Guangdong universities,this thesis uses the methods of questionnaire survey,case analysis,and system analysis to study the innovation of professional ability training model for postgraduates in Guangdong province.The paper is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,including background,meaning,content,ideas,innovation and inadequacies.The second part defines the concept of professional degree,professional ability,and training mode,and introduces related theories about talent development.The third part analyzes the current situation and the problems of professional ability training model for professional graduate degree students in Guangdong Province based on the multidisciplinary fusion training mode,the combination of the supervisor responsibility system and the tutor team system,the school-enterprise collaborative training model,and the occupational demand-oriented training model.In the fourth part,taking the United Kingdom and Germany as examples,the practice and experience in the training model of foreign professional graduates' professional ability are introduced.The fifth part innovatively proposed a of “seven-in-one” new-type,from the aspect of improving the curriculum system setting,the construction of the tutor system,the school-enterprise synergy education,the quality assurance and the incentive models,ect,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the professional ability training model for professional graduates in Guangdong Province.The sixth part is the conclusions and issues that need to be discussed.Through the research,the following basic understandings have been formed: First,although professional achievements have been made in the professional ability training model for postgraduates of Guangdong professional degree,there are still unreasonable training programs,unscientific curriculum system settings,and unsound system of dual tutor and tutors group.Problems such as the incomplete system of the group,the imperfectpractice links,and the inconformity with the needs of the professional development;second,the professional model for postgraduates' professional ability training needs further innovation.The government,schools,and enterprises must cooperate with each other and needs to be further improved in the practice platform,quality supervision and the evaluation system.the third is to build a "seven-in-one" new model of training,and specifically analyze the basic content of "seven-in-one" model of training,which provides reference for the development of the professional ability of professional graduate degree in China.
