As China gradually get into the phase of Mass Higher Education, the trend of graduatetraining model's diversity is inevitable. Professional Masters'education came into being,however, its training objectives and training methods are convergence with the AcademicMasters', which seriously affecting the rationality and quality of the professional training.This study attempts to use historical, literature and comparative perspectives analysis andstudy the changes and status quo of professional Master's training in China. Clarifying thepurpose of professional Master's training and factors related to it. In comparison with abroad,I'll make a framework about it.Thesis is divided into five chapters. The introduction part describes the researchbackground and significance, methods and objectives, current status and evaluation of thestudy. The first chapter is about the production and development of Professional Masters inChina. The second chapter is the situation and problem analysis of the Professional Masters'Training. The third chapter is the related factors of the Professional Master's Programs. Thefourth chapter describes the foreign experience. The last chapter proposes a training mode forpostgraduates of Professional Masters'Degrees in China.
