With the implementation of the 2017 version of the curriculum standards for general high school history(referred to as the "new curriculum standards"),especially the proposal of the five core quality curriculum objectives,the importance of the design and implementation of history classroom teaching objectives in high school has become increasingly prominent.The design and implementation of history classroom teaching objectives in senior high school is directly related to the quality of teaching,reflects the level of teacher professionalism,and affects the realization of the education goal of "cultivating students with moral integrity" and the improvement of core accomplishment of history discipline.Under the new curriculum standard,high school history teachers inevitably face new challenges and problems in the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives.This study with cluster sampling method in Nanyang region.Through the in-depth interviews of six high school history teachers,the combination of six teachers lesson plans,related literature and the classroom teaching activity,it has been found that there are some problems in the design and implementation of the new standard high school history classroom teaching goal.These problems present "old and new coexist" situation.The new problems in the design of history classroom teaching objectives in senior high school include "using one's mind but not doing one's work",chaotic writing style,aimless tasks,and "making a big and empty assumption".Problems in the implementation of history classroom teaching objectives in senior high school include three categories: insufficient elaboration,insufficient generation and insufficient emphasis.This study attempts to analyze the reasons for these new problems from three aspects in the design and implementation of history classroom teaching objectives under the new curriculum standards?teachers' knowledge level,educational concept and current evaluation system.The design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives is not only an art but also a technology.To master this skill,getting refined internally and externally is needed.On the one hand,the state should appropriately increase the training on the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives for first-line high school history teachers,and schools should strengthen the supervision on the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives.On the other hand,it is more important for teachers to go with the tide of the times,study the curriculum standards carefully,improve their own quality,and pay more attention to implementation than design.
