Mobile learning as a perfectly reflection of Lifelong learning and Informal learning, already holds people’s attention on its mobility, autonomy, individuality, miniaturization, interactivity and other advantages. Domestic and international research on mobile learning gradually becomes mature and classic Mobile learning projects are numerous. Most of the classic Mobile learning projects in our country are the design of Mobile learning resources or the development of Mobile learning platform. Less is about the design of Mobile learning activity. Task-based learning focuses on the task driven learning, emphasizes on the training of students’ability of self-learning. So, my paper researches on the design of Task-based and Micro-mobile learning activities, which bases on the perspective of mobile learning activity design and takes in the advantages of Task-based learning.Firstly, In order to ensure the feasibility of the Task-based and Micro-mobile learning, I need to analysis the meaning of Task-based learning, the types of learning tasks, the design principles of learning tasks, and make sure the concept and characteristics and advantages of Micro-Mobile learning.Secondly, based on the analysis of the previous project experience and some relevant theoretical basis, include activity theory and constructivist learning theory and informal learning theory, I summed up five principles the Task-based and Micro-Mobile learning activities to be followed in the design process. At the same time I provide a design framework including front-end analysis, knowledge content division, task design, resource design, interaction design, learning evaluation design, analysis of constraints those seven steps and explains each details. Special attention should be focus on the core part of the learning activities, the design of the learning task should obey the five principles and should consistent with the limitation of mobile devices. So that we can making sure the learning task have certain feasibility.Third, take Safety education for College Students for instance; I design the Task-based and Micro-mobile learning activities on the basis of following the design principles and framework above, which will apply the theory to practices.Finally, for the sake of providing foundation to modify the framework and the process of learning activities, I sent the installation package of Safety education for College Students to some learners to learn safety knowledge and investigated subjects’ usage and acceptance with interview and questionnaire survey.With these series of studies I want to integrate the Task-based learning and Mobile learning, to improve students’efficiency of self-learning. At the same time I hope to provide theoretical and practical reference for the design of Mobile learning activities, broaden the diversity of modes of Mobile learning. Besides, the realization of the learning software on Safety education for College Students can provides college students convenient resources to learn safety knowledge.
