Kindergarten teachers are professionals who perform the duties of kindergarten education. They need to require rigorous training, good professional ethic and master systematic professional knowledge and skills. This can become the reference standard to educate high quality kindergarten teachers. Normal university is the primary place to foster high quality kindergarten teachers. Educational internship contributes to educate kindergarten teachers who possess theoretical knowledge and teaching practice skills. This thesis analyzes the difficulties, which was met by the undergraduate of early childhood education major during the process of internship. Then study the reasons of those difficulties and put forward the measures to improve the effect of internship. Enhancing the consciousness of the public to pay attention to the theory of educational internship; providing reasonable suggestions of internship for undergraduate of early childhood education major, university and kindergarten; providing referenced views and suggestions for university to set up curriculum of early childhood education and establish personnel cultivating program.The thesis is a case study of H university, adopting documentary method, questionnaire method and interviewing method. Documentary method provides the powerful theoretical basis for the thesis. Questionnaire method combines the pre-interview of 5 testee and pre-survey of 15 testee to create "The Questionnaire of the Difficulties met by the Undergraduate of Early Childhood Education Major ", which is composed by three part:basic information, condition of the difficulties in internship, reasons of the difficulties. SPSS 18.0 software analyzes the data. The interviewing method selects 15 objects of study to have interviews and the researcher transformed the recordings to 50,000 literal data.According to the result of the research, the undergraduate of early childhood education major met difficulties in the matter of professional knowledge, professional capacity and interpersonal communication during the educational internship. Professional capacity is the most difficulty, professional knowledge is the second and the interpersonal is the last. In view of the above, the researcher comes up with optimized suggestions in the aspect of undergraduate, kindergarten and university. In order to help the undergraduate of early childhood education major to solve the difficulties in the educational internship. Enhancing the quality of the internship totally and strengthening the practical basis of university cultivating the high quality kindergarten teachers.
