Twenty-first Century is an era of information technology, information technology is more and more attention.With the development of information technology,information literacy has become one of the important index to measure a person’s ability and quality, and cultivate all-round development in all aspects of the talent is the most basic task of modern basic education.Educators should keep pace with the times, it is necessary to continuously change the traditional concepts of education,optimize teaching mode, improve the teaching environment, to try new teaching methods, cultivating students’ information literacy, good study habits, self-learning ability, cooperation spirit, innovative thinking ability and practical ability.In this educational background, network learning platform to assist traditional teaching as the main function into the primary and secondary education, and provides a new way for the education and teaching of traditional classroom teaching.This paper adopts a variety of research methods of literature review,questionnaire method, action research method, with "the network learning platform" as the theme, the retrieval of relevant documents and materials at home and abroad research and analysis.In theory, expounds the concept of the network learning platform, and the basic theory of network learning platform used in junior high school science teaching.According to the present situation of application of network of new curriculum in junior middle school science standards and Hangzhou area learning assistant teaching platform, select a few representative and is to use the network platform to school, will present a few have been put into application platform for research, some comprehensive analysis of the main functions of the network learning platform;And to the teachers and students of the school as the research object, carries on to the application platform for teachers and students interested in the use of platform, frequency, effectiveness, learning situation learning defects and teaching skills questionnaire, specific analysis of the network platform used in the junior middle school scientific teaching advantages and the existence of some problems;According to the existing problems, from the students, teachers, networkteaching platform construction itself in the three aspects of the paper raised several suggestions.Improve the overall quality of students is an important concept of quality education, how to adapt to the development of the information age to realize the informatization of education, the application of multimedia training creative talents,puts forward higher requirements to these students’ information literacy and students’ autonomous learning ability.The author thinks, the network learning platform applied to the junior middle school scientific teaching, not only conforms to the requirements of the development of the information age, single mode and can change the traditional teaching, the traditional teaching and network teaching complementary advantage,help to stimulate students interest in learning, change the single way of students’ learning, help to construct students’ knowledge, promoting the basic education classroom charm, effectively improve the teaching quality of basic education.
