Those are issue worthy of our efforts to explore that how to manage the sharing of teaching resources, build of the CAI platform, change the way of teaching and learning, improve information accomplishment of teachers and students. The platform which can share learning resources in LAN has be designed and developed. Secondary school in LAN can apply for the platform. Teachers and students in the school can application for registration. Teacher establishes course in the platform with permission of administrator. After the application has been reviewed by the administrator, the teachers could release a variety of courses resources to web through the system. And the platform provides various ways for teacher to share their teaching resources, and encourage teachers using it as much as possible. Students apply for registration in the system that would review by the school’s administrator. If student’s apply of curriculum resources on the platform reviewed by teachers, they would access to curriculum resources. If teachers choose to publish curriculum resources fully shared or school sharing, students can also study the curriculum resources which released by other school’s teachers. On the platform between teachers and teachers, between teachers and students, between students and students can quickly and easily communicate with each other. The system has been developed by object-oriented design methods, adopting B/S mode, using the SQL Server as the back-end database, using ASP.NET as programming language for server-side.
