A new round of basic education curriculum reform in primary and secondary school gives teachers higher and more stringent challenges. Teachers have to face serious problems in their development, and explore an effective path to promote teachers’ professional development, which has a very practical significance. The Teaching-research Group, a basic and main primary and secondary school organization where teachers are engaged in education and teaching activities, is regarded as a learning community which can effectively promote the teachers’ professional development. And it also can make the teachers’ professional development from external control to be independent. Psychological capital, a kind of positive psychological power, is treated as internal work resources for a person. When the individuals consumes energy in the work process, the psychological capital can provide its supplement and regulate the behavior, which will also have an important influence on individual work performance, attitude and satisfaction, etc. In recent years, psychological capital gets the most scholars’ attention and research, but the teachers’ psychological capital does not get the full attention. Actually, as individuals, a teacher’s professional development also cannot ignore the construction of psychological capital. From the current practice research, scholars focus on teachers’ professional development and the construction of the teaching-research group from the perspectives of the growth of teachers’ knowledge and skills, and the reflective ability in practice, which ignore the psychological capital, an important aspect of teachers’ professional development.Psychological capital is a kind of positive and optimistic state of mind, which is reflected in the process of individuals’ growth and development. It is regarded as the developablely positive resources which will improve individual work performance and organizational competitiveness and it surpass the social capital and human capital. Self-confidence, optimism, hope and perseverance are the core elements of psychological capital which can make the individual face the prosperity and adversity positively and optimistically in growth and also be enhanced in the process. Each of the core elements of psychological capital has its own formation process and mechanism, and directly influenced by organizational support, organizational culture environment, self-reinforcement ability and challenging work, etc. We can effectively develop and manage the psychological capital by promoting individual self-efficacy, building healthy psychological feelings about hope, cultivating optimistic explanation and fostering tenacity in adversity.From the current status of the Teaching-research Group and teachers’ professional development in primary and secondary school in our country, we could conclude the existing problems of the Teaching-research Group which hinder the development and management of teachers’ psychological capital. And these problems respectively are:the lack of organizational support in the Teaching-researching Group hinders the formation and development of teachers’ optimistic psychological capital; the lack of healthy organization culture hinders the formation and development of teachers’ self-confidence psychological capital; the vulnerable of self-reinforcement ability hinders the formation and development of teachers’ perseverance psychological capital and the lack of challenging work hinders the formation and development of teachers’ hope psychological capital. In order to satisfy the demand of teachers’ professional development from the perspectives of psychological capital and considering the reality of the Teaching-research Group, it is necessary to take measures to improve it. Thus, I believe that creating a win-win cooperation of the Teaching-research Group team and advancing its reform is the basic thinking of the development and management of teachers’psychological capital. And the specific strategies as follows:build the team trust in the Teaching-research Group by strengthening the organizational support; build the team self-efficacy by creating the healthy organizational culture atmosphere; build the atmosphere of teamwork by improving the self-reinforcement ability and build the shared vision of team by setting up perfect management system of the Teaching-research Group.
