The development of information technology and its application in education has changed the teaching method of the teachers and learning methods of the students. In the new environment, the adaption of teaching and learning mode and environment has become the focus of education researchers. Studying the classic teaching method of Lecture teaching if adjust to the "synchronous class" environment has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, through the literature review research status at home and abroad about the long-distance synchronous teaching, got results:The current remote synchronization teaching activities is not a complete classroom activity, even if there are simultaneous outstanding teachers, the lack of supervision and interaction instructors make the teaching effect is still cannot satisfactory. Therefore, analysis of the necessity of building "synchronous class" network dedicated classroom.Secondly, our study bases on the teaching theory, learning theory, instructional design principles, the design method of education, combined with "synchronous class" teaching environmental characteristics, make instructional design for humanities and social science, natural science and art courses, according to the local and remote students listen the same teacher, teachers can listen and answer the local and remote students answers and questions, the local and long-distance students discuss with each other. According to instructional design above, take teaching experimental study for different levels of students in "synchronous class".Finally, draw on the questionnaire and interviews as well as recording classroom record data for statistical analysis, got results:"synchronous class" network teaching laboratory equipment is convenient and quick, adapt to doctors, masters, undergraduate, and elementary school students study; the instructor’s attention on remote students and remote students learning effects were not significantly different form local students. Therefore, Lecture -based Teaching Mode has a good adaptability in the "synchronous classroom" teaching environment, so as to provide an effective way to achieve the balance of urban and rural resources allocation of excellent teachers.
