In the 21st century which characteristics are Network and information technology, with the quick development of information technology revolution which signed by Internet, the ways of people's learning , working , living and thinking are greatly changing.In the education area, facing the quickly changed international education condition, the active station was put forward in the course of the ardent international competition.
