This paper uses literature material law, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. This paper first studies the nature, opening time, location, internal structure, ownership and service (trainer, service projects, operation time, operation mod of the community fitness club in Nanjing, then collects the evaluation data of the hardware and software services, finally gets the five actors that affect the community fitness club service quality, which are geographical location, complete equipment facilities, settings of service project, the comprehensive ability of coaches, management of customer relationship. This paper gets five conclusions:the current fitness clubs is still in the initial stage and belongs to the commercial fitness club by getting profit by the consumption of the members; they are large and medium-sized, mainly distribute in the city, have complete training facilities and develop to life service of sports leisure; Although the coaches’professional qualities become better, the coaches who master many skills become less;The community clubs mainly operated by individual and have poor management, whose development will toward the chain operation mode;The degrees of members in fitness clubs become higher, and the proportion of teenagers and elders increases. Most of the members have reached the standard of sports population in our country and most of them are satisfied with the current services and products. The suggestions of this paper are:perfecting the venues, facilities, layout management policies and regulations of the community fitness clubs in Nanjing; establishing requirements for the fitness industry; changing the concept of talent management; strengthening the cultivation of professional trainers to continue; changing marketing strategy; improving the utilization rate of the clubs by developing the space equipment and human resources; establishing an effective platform which can communicate with the membership and timely solve member’problems.Currently fewer people study community fitness club, this paper not only can provide reference to the development of the community fitness clubs in Nanjing, but also can enrich literature theories to our country’s community fitness clubs.
