In the early learning tennis skills, students have a strong tennis fresh, positive energy into learning skills. After the basic skills mastered into the middle stage of learning, students appear to learn tennis skills fatigue. Conventional teaching, repeated practice is still focused on basic skills, rarely rely on competition law to carry out the development of various technologies. Traditional methods of teaching this technique to improve the technology certainly has a good effect, but a certain degree of neglect of the characteristics and laws of tennis, ignoring the dominant position of students. How can we re-stimulate students in the mid-stage of tennis skill learning interest and enthusiasm, is a major problem at this stage of teaching tennis to face. In the teaching of " race practice with " model for the study of the process of student learning and mid-stage tennis skills in the use of literature to match practice with the connotation of theoretical explanations; experiment on two groups of students use technology to learn to start the Effect research; using questionnaires for students to experiment to investigate the psychology of learning and behavior; using mathematical statistics experimental data obtained were analyzed. The results of the study show that teaching " race practice with " model:(1) in practice-game-exercise cycle under the action of the teaching process can better promote the progress of a number of tennis technique.
