The Research Of Jiangsu Province Public Sports Service Promoted By New Urbanization

Public service is the core of the new urbanization, public sports service is an important part of public service, to promote the balanced development of public sports service, is a necessary requirement to promote the coordinated development of urban and regional, is to safeguard social fairness and justice, promote social harmony, and promote the inherent requirements of new urbanization construction. This thesis use the research methods of literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, selects the Jiangsu province South of Jiangsu, the Soviet Union in the northern Jiangsu, 9 City Sports Bureau managers and 900 people as the research object, the service from the public sports policies and regulations,financial capital, information,organization and management,site fitness facilities, fitness guide, fitness activities and sports monitoring eight aspects objectively reflect the current situation of public sports service in Jiangsu Province,aiming at the existing problems, proposed the development of countermeasures, further narrowing the development gap between urban and rural public sports service and regional,to promote the harmonious, sustainable development of public sports service.The results show that: 1, local policies and regulations, lack of overall planning, policy and law system construction of targeted is not strong; 2, boosting the lottery public welfare fund of public sports service development, the activities of the source channel of the funds is still need to expand; 3, network transparent information system, sports fitness propaganda, scope and targeted to be strengthened; 4, sports the growing range of fitness organization structure, organization and management services is not wide; 5, sports facilities and adequate diversification, school facilities and opening degree is high; 6, the social sports instructors organization degree is high, but the residents demand degree is not high; 7, the national fitness activities of the brand rich residents understand the degree and to participate in the enthusiasm is not high; 8,and monitoring service did not benefit the majority of residents, work remains to be systematic, institutionalized and specialization.Advice:1, improve the relevant supporting policies and regulations, ensure the public sports service law; 2, broaden the service the sources of funds, multi-channel to raise security sports investment; 3, set up information platform for propaganda,to create a good atmosphere of physical fitness; 4, attract talent to participate in the organization and management, strengthen the grass-roots sports organization activity; 5, the optimization of physical education sports facilities, create a harmonious sports circle; 6, increase the fitness guidance team training, to meet the residents needs scientific fitness; 7, to promote social fairness and justice, to ensure that residents enjoy physical monitoring service; 8, to promote the normative service evaluation system, enhance the supervision and feedback of transparency.
