Through the comparison and analysis of the test results of balance ability, sensitive quality and plantar pressure of the elderly women from the Rouliqiu exercise group and the no exercise habit group,to explore Rouliqiu exercise’s effect on fall risk and foot injury of elderly women.Methods:Select 37 elderly women who participate in the Rouliqiu exercise in long-term regularity and 35 elderly women who have no exercise habit.Using one leg stance test,Footsan Balance test and the balance of the balance beam walk test to measure the balance ability,meanwhile,using foot step response test,foot frequency test and eye hand coordination test to measure the sensitive quality of the two groups,using Footscan Gait plantar pressure test to measure the plantar pressure.The result:1.Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women one leg stance time than non exercises group aged female long (P<0.01);eyes with bipedal posture,two groups of elderly women plantar pressure center displacement on the X axis,Y axis direction of the most value and envelope had no difference (P>0.05) area eyes closed,single foot standing pose,displacement of plantar pressure center in the X axis,Y axis direction of the most value of no difference (P>0.05),Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women envelope area than non elderly female small exercise group (P<0.01).2.Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women balance beam walk time for non exercises group of elderly women short (P<0.01).The reaction time of Rouliqiu exercise group is shorter than non exercise group (P<0.01).At the same time, Rouliqiu exercise group of aged female foot more than non exercise group of elderly women (P<0.05).Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women eye hand coordination test used time than non elderly female short exercise group (P<0.01).3.Rouliqiu exercise group of older women compared with the non exercise group of elderly women plantar pressure generally larger,the left foot first phalanges,article2-5,the first metatarsal,the second metatarsal metatarsal bone,medial heel five the peak pressure are greater than the non exercise group of elderly women (P<0.05),the right foot first metatarsal,the second metatarsal the medial and lateral heel,heel peak pressure around the area were greater than non exercises group of elderly women (P<0.05),bipedal pressure fifth metatarsal peak were less than the non exercise group (P<0.05) in elderly women;Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women left foot and right foot first toe,heel medial two regional impulse values are larger than the non exercise group of elderly women (P<0.05),the fifth metatarsal area are smaller than that of the non exercise group of elderly women (P<0.05);Rouliqiu exercise group of elderly women left foot the first metatarsal,second the fourth metatarsal metatarsal,arch around and peak pressure is greater than the right foot (P<0.05),heel medial and lateral area is smaller than the right foot (P<0.05),the right for the medial calcaneal impulse value is greater than the left foot (P<0.05).Conclusion:Long term Rouliqiu exercise can improve the balance ability and strengthen the sensitive quality of elderly women.Long term Rouliqiu exercise can make elderly women easy to fatigue or injury of medial plantar.Left foot metatarsal,arch section and the right to zone are more vulnerable to fatigue or damage than the contralateral foot.
