Preschool education as the basis of basic education, has attracted more and more attention, the development of preschool education primary task is the development of preschool teachers. In February 2012 in our country promulgated the“ Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial Implementing)”(hereinafter referred to as “Professional Standards”).This standards has definite kindergarten teachers' training, selection and professional development orientation function. According to "Professional Standards", the " professional competency " was set as a basic concept, and make it seven areas, up to 27 for a detailed description. The improvement of professional competency of kindergarten teachers' is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.First, because of the professional competency of teachers' has the standard of the development of standardization, the second is the serious situation of kindergarten teachers' professional competency development, therefore improve the teachers' competency is realistic and urgent?In this study, around seven kinds of professional competency to investigate,and this seven kinds of professional competency which come from “Professional Standards”made up of kindergarten teachers' environment creation and utilization, and conservation organizations in the implementation plan of the daily life, support and guidance of games, educational activities, incentives and evaluation, reflection and development competency, data was collected by questionnaire,and through the data to understand current situation in kindergarten teachers' professional competency development.Through the in-depth combine interviews with observation, understanding that the causes of the status including internal and external factors. Internal reasons: kindergarten teachers' professional ideal is not firm, professional basic knowledge is weak; External reasons including four aspects: the government and the department of education, kindergarten teachers' training colleges and schools, kindergartens, children and parents.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the development of kindergarten teachers' professional competency, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions. Teacher: work out a plan to improve professional competency, seek development actively; establish the concept of lifelong learning; improve the reflective competency; enhance communication skills. Governments and education departments: improving kindergarten teachers' social status, and perfect the system of teachers'; improve the scientific nature of kindergarten teachers' in-service training, and optimize the training. Kindergarten Teacher Training Colleges: perfect the allotment of curriculum, enrich educational experiences; help students to establish a correct view of children, teachers and education; Kindergarten: pay attention to the popularization of “Professional Standards”; use the rich resources of colleges and universities; improve the teaching and research competency of kindergarten teachers'; establish a sound mechanism for the development of professional competency of teachers'; control the size of kindergarten classes appropriately.
