The kindergarten teachers' professionalism which is widely concerned plays an important role in the development of kids and the society.The author conducted a questionnaire survey of 307 kindergarten teachers about their professionalism,and then interviewed 10 teachers to get their real thoughts.It found that Qingdao Kindergarten teachers had high professionalism through the survey.The ethics,professional knowledge,and professional ability are more than 4 points,but the common knowledge is inferior to them.The author pointed out the reasons about the highly professionalism of Qingdao kindergarten teachers,including the improvement of teachers' threshold,the higher expectation of the society and more attention on in-service training.The quality of kindergarten teachers has greatly improved but there are still lacks,which are the inadequate attention to kindergarten teachers,the imbalance of training resources,the weak culture bases of teachers,learning motivation influenced by busy work and less attention on learning.The suggestions are that government must play the leading role in the kindergarten teachers' development;the teachers' training school strengthen the pre-education cultivation;the kindergartens should take an active part in teachers' training,and excavate the driving force of kindergarten teachers and then promote the self-awakening of kindergarten teachers.
