Social Work Intervened In The Rights Protection Of Dispatched Workers

Since dispatch has become a legitimate form of employment, the number of labor dispatching units,employing units and dispatched workers are increasing. However, due to imperfect legal system, access mechanism is not standardized, protective measures are not in place, resulting in dispatching units recruitment is not standardized, unreasonable labor phenomena occurs in employing units. Plus dispatched workers poor awareness of self-protection when their rights have been violated, they do not know how to take effective action to reduce the damage and protect their own interests. Based on this, the author participated in Suzhou “on action” activity.To begin with,I take the case interviews and literature review methods, to understand the characteristics and survival status of dispatched workers groups, the way of rights protection and the main influencing factors.Secondly, case work, team work and other professional methods of social work are used in rights protection of dispatched workers. Links to resources in a timely manner, to ease pressure on the service object infringed, stabilize their emotions. Establish study groups to improve service object rights awareness and advocacy skills, correct their mistakes means of protection. Finally, through the observation of intervention activities, measuring scale and assessment, I found significant changes occurred in their psychological, cognitive and behavioral. Demonstrated the practicality and effectiveness of social work methods in the process of rights protection from the practice, while it provides practical reference for social work intervention into other rights protection areas.
