Chinese society is a native society, when we are paying close attention to local culture, we are focusing on the development of ourselves. Our local culture had pregnanted many people from generation to generation. We are the master of our local culture, identity, thanksgiving and cultural heritage are parts of our life.However, with the development and the impaction of modern times,our nativeculture is facing new challenges. For example, when you ask a man something about the native culture but you can’t learn anything from this man, what an embarrassing phenomenon happenedIn our hometown!This phenomenon has a significant relationship with the previous education about the native culture. The introduction of new curriculum standards,have provided an opportunity,the usage of local curriculum resources development and new perspection for us. Also local culture can also be used as an educational activity cultural soil, inherit and develop the local culture by the courses.As a native of Cenxi,the author thinks that Cenxi has rich curriculum resources, to the current school education,especially in Chinese teaching, it is very necessary for us to take the Cenxi local culture into the local curriculum,focus on the main land culture."The local culture of Cenxi" local curriculum will take the Cenxi local culture into the local curriculum, it aims to develop and use the local cultural resource. By the implementation of curriculum in inherit and carry forward the excellent of local cultural tradition, we can improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment and Chinese ability at the same time. In addition, we hope that with the development and implementation of the course, we can explore a place which can fit with the language education curriculum model. This paper is reference on the basis of predecessors’ research results, and take "CenXi native culture" to the local culture resources as the research object. The research contents are analyzing the current situation of curriculum resources development and utilization of local culture in Cenxi. In the second part of the paper has detailly introduced "CenXi native culture" of local curriculum’s development value and its feasibility from the local culture of the local curriculum construction function. The author thinks that with the development of CenXi native culture of Chinese curriculum, firstly, it will inheritance and carry forward the good factors of local culture, cultivate the students’ geographical sense of belonging. Secondly, it can play Chinese curriculum education function, improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment. Thirdly, it can promote the awakening of local culture consciousness and recovery, cultivate new era with "local spirit". Fourthly, it will enhance the teachers’ native culture consciousness and promote the teachers’ professional growth. In the third part of the paper, it mainly discusses the goals and contents of the courses, and CenXi local culture can be incorporated in the relevant materials of the course content in the form of special collection. The paper is mainly divided into history, landscape, dialect, folk, drama, technology and economy. The fourth part of the paper, it proposes the idea to the course of the implementation, it also proposes the specific requirements on the implementation of the curriculum and settings, and proposes the preliminary ideas on teaching material compiling. The fifth part of the paper expounds the principles and the basic requirement of the curriculum. Also, the evaluation principle, evaluation method and evaluation about the course content are proposed.
