The morden art education in order to satisfy the requirement of different areas’ students, the New Curriculum standard propose " carry out the three level curriculm management which consist of country, local place and school" guiding principles.The art education and local folk art resource has a close connection with each other, it has the function of taking up the love of local art and inheriting the local culture.The folk cultures and arts are created by the Chinese working people which is Chinese folk arts.lt throughout the people’s thoughts, feelings and asethetic standard. The Chinese nation has a long history, which mix multi national cultures together, the living environment and natural resources present different artistic style to the Chinese folk art.According to the spirit of New Carriculum Standard of Art, which requies the art education has its own charac teristics.The unique features of a local environment always give spencial characteristis to its inhabitants. Guang Xi Cen Xi has its own folk art reaources, which has rich delevoment value. If we want to promote the studenta’local culture quality, the development and application of local folk art resources are necessary. Therefore, the development and application of the local folk art resources in the school-based teaching materials are the main contents of the subject.The subject is studying the develoment and application of the folk art resoune in the school-based teaching materials.The subject also searches for the feasibility and inportance of the folk art, which can carry out at school. According to different investigation methods, such as document literature, questionnaire survey, interview, teaching case analysis and so on. The main body of the art school-based teaching materials are students and art teachers, so I designed the students’questionnaire and the interview outline of the teachers.I will also use the mordern ways, such as wechat, E-mail, telephone and so on.These auxiliany interview can make me understand the current teaching conditions in art lessons.The survey also can make the art folk art resourses which get a reasonable and effective delevoment.I will offer the teaching case to Cen Xi’s art lessons, the study also can provide favovable conditions for Cen Xi’s art lessons.The study also can provide favorable conditions for Cen Xi’s folk art teaching materidls.This paper is divided into four parts.ChaperOne:It explains the subject’s origin, background, purpose, significance, the difficult point, the present situatin and innovation of domestic and foreign research.Chapter Two:From the development of the general situation as a starting point, this chapter explains the feasibitity and importance of the folk art school-based teaching materials.Chapter Three:According to the author’s field visits to Cen Xi city middle school and town middle school. Which has a general understanding of the school, education management, art curriculum content, school-based teaching material development and students’learning condition.From these survey results, I analysis these schools’art developrent conditiom and explore their existing problems.In this chapter, I try to seek the measures of CenXi’s art development. From school’s attention to the art, the art teachers try to have a further study of local folk art resources, which set up the art development system and write the proper art textbooks for the local students.The chapter will also point out the referent value and significance of the application.Chaper Four:This chapter will explan and offer the art teaching case, I make a conclusion about the teaching case duriny the working time, which in order to provide referent contents for the local art teachers.
