Being possessed with the characteristics of fundamental, comprehensive, universal, Primary education makes up the fundamental steps of education, which plays an extremely important part in cultivation of academic talents in China. However, Chinese pupils are facing too much academic burdens everyday for various reasons, this may lead to mental and physical unfitness for Chinese children.Currently academic burden on students mainly refers to the burden of students aiming to complete school assignments undertaken, as well as physical and psychological stress arising from the procedure. In the late of last century, people began to focus on the academic burden of primary school students, then, a "burden" slogan was later proposed. As time goes on, it seems there is not much real burden is taken from Chinese pupils’ shoulders. Visible academic burden on students is not a simple question, which relates to the relevant government departments, schools, families, social aspects. The present study focuses a lot on the depth of the academic burden on students, finding there is a lack of practical and effective guidance on relieving the academic burdens for Chinese pupils. Being based on the mentioned realities, Nanning Hongxing Elementary School is chosen for the survey, through complete research and survey as well as accurate analysis on 312students,50 teachers and some parents, the causes of phenomenon and the impact of this situation, it puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to meet with the solution of relieving academic burden on students.The result of the survey shows that current elementary students are facing the problem of heavy academic burden. It consists of the following phenomenon. Firstly, Chinese pupils spend too much time doing their heavy homework at home. Secondly, Chinese pupils take part in too many training centers, lacking time for entertaining. Thirdly, there are too many academic tests or exams in school, facing heavy pressure. Fourthly, parents buy too conference books for students to read, adding too much assignments and cutting out sleeping time for students.Meanwhile, the survey also shows that urban students academic burden is too heavy, which not only seriously affected the physical and mental development of students, but also hinder the quality of education in the country.The cause of heavy academic burden on students relates with schools, parents and students, it also lies in the factor that educational administrative departments on issues of academic burden for students are still lacking of implementation of the following inadequate supervision leading to the city school academic burden is too heavy institutional reasons.Management of urban academic burden on students is not only a question of education, but also to all aspects of society. For the problem of urban academic burden on students in the surveyed primary investigation exposed, all forces must act to analyze specific issues, develop an effective governance initiatives and monitoring mechanisms based on local conditions, common academic burden on students to solve problems efforts, but also students a happy, happy childhood. To meet the purpose, the writer of this paper propose the following solution.First, the relevant administrative departments of education policy must be strictly enforced to ensure the "burden" of the actual results; secondly schools, families and students should unit together to strengthen coordination and cooperation forming the "burden" of a powerful force; and finally the parties should change ideas actively to advocate and establish the correct education and talent.
