"Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)" in response to the call for reform of basic education, which indicate the direction of the kindergarten curriculum reform. Urban and rural kindergartens try all kinds of local educational resources, while kindergartens of national areas is trying to develop and use of cultural resources, efforts building for local early childhood development programs. Currently, some kindergarten in Hakka regions began to focus on the development and utilization of resources of Hakka culture, but the teachers don’t fully understand the Hakka culture, development and utilization of resources.They also have poor sense of Hakka culture and limited integration capabilities. The parents don’t understand the depth of Hakka culture as well.The local government lack of appropriate policy support in education administration. Despite these problems,we should realize that the Hakka Cultural Resources of Hakka area Exploitation has important significance and value on kindergarten teachers and children, which not only promote the professional development of teachers, but also enrich the lives of children Hakka region and promote the comprehensive development of children physically and mentally. The charming Hakka culture curriculum resources can inspire children to love their own homeland and culture, in addition to, that is also beneficial to promote Hakka culture and heritage. Therefore, Hakka area kindergarten exploitation Hakka Cultural Resources have a certain necessity.The main research method used in this study is action research.It also use observation literature,interviews, questionnaires to collect date and analyze the current situation. The survey analysis Wengyuan A kindergarten Hakka cultural Resources Development Status and issues. On the basis of this,the research selected Hakka food, Hakka children’s folk rhymes, Hakka games and Hakka traditional production tools four areas with the cooperation of teachers in kindergartens A to do a practical exploration on development and utilization of Hakka cultural.This study consists of five parts:1. Introduction. Explained the reason the topic, pointed out the purpose and meaning and sort out the relevant research literature, then clear the ideas and methods of the study.2. Hakka culture Introduction. According to gathered information and have a brief introduction of the Hakka culture, then to analyze its characteristics.3.the status and problems of A kindergarten development and utilization of Hakka cultural resources. The research use observation, interviews, questionnaires and other methods to survey the issues of Wengyuan A kindergarten for Hakka Cultural Resources Exploitation4. Action Research. According to the issues of A kindergarten on the development and utilization of the Hakka cultural resources, together with the cooperation of teachers to develop, implement Hakka cultural resources development and utilization of action research program.The action research follows the principle of planned throughout the process-implementation-Reflections-another plan-and then implement-and then reflect on the course of action. Finally, to summarize the action research.5. Practice recommendations. Based on current situation and problems of Hakka culture resources development and utilization in A kindergarten, as well as issues of cooperation between researchers and teachers present in the process of action research, propose practical recommendations for the development and utilization of Hakka Cultural Resources for Hakka area kindergarten from external support and kindergarten areas.
