Cooperation now has an increasingly important rolein the economic globalization. As an extension of cooperation in the field of education, cooperative learning has attracted extensive attention and application of education academic circleincreasinglyboth at home and abroad. Positive interdependence is one of the core basic elements of cooperative learning. And it isone of the standards for testing the validity. Besides, as an in-depth content of positive interdependence, role interdependence is also one of the important types of positive interdependence.Role distribution becomes thekey step in the formation of the role interdependence. However, the cooperative learning is only a matter ofform in current senior politics class. It mainly has two reasons. On the one hand,the study of theoretical cooperative learning of the teachers does not go deep into the theoretical role distribution. On the other hand, it does not involve the design and distribution of roles in the implementation of cooperative learning. It means they need to do in-depth discussion about the role distribution and implementation process.That is beneficial for deepening and developing the theory of cooperative learning. Besides, they need to do the exploration on teaching for role distribution which should be combined with senior politics class.This paper will mainly discuss the problem with the five sections listed below:Part I:There are a lot of literatures for the researches of cooperative learning. This conclusion is based on the collation and analysis for relevant literatures of cooperative learning by using the documentary method. However, there is littleliteraturewhich could go further to the level of positive interdependence and role interdependence. The researches for role distribution are very few. At the same time, through the collation and analysis on various disciplines of relevant literaturesfor cooperative learning, theresult shows that there is almost nothing on the role distribution and its implementation process combining with the senior politics class, which made the research point of this article. It has important theoretical and practical significance for in-depth study of cooperative learning and role distribution in senior politics class.Part Ⅱ:This paper will make a deep theoretical discussion about role distribution. From the perspective of the basic elements of cooperative learning, the research on the meaning of interdependence, positive interdependence and types of positive interdependencepoints out the positive interdependence is a mutually supportive and interdependent relationship. Meanwhile, the research on the definition and the elements of cooperative learning shows that cooperative learning is inseparable from positive interdependence. When doing the research on role interdependence from the perspective of positive interdependence, results show that the role interdependence is a type of positive interdependence at static condition. At the dynamic conditionrole interdependence is one way to achieve positive interdependence. Role distribution is an important part of the formation of the role interdependence. The result is based on the research on the definitions of role and role distribution from the perspective of role independence.Part Ⅲ:This paper will describe the relevant paths, principles and methods as well as the specific process of role distribution. By using the role theory of sociologyand the person-jobtheory of human resource management, this paper will explain the two kinds of paths and three kinds of principles of distribution for group role distribution under cooperative learning. By observing the daily teaching, this paper will summarize the three commonethods for role distribution under cooperative learning and will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods. Based on the paths, principles and methods discussed before, this paper will describe the specific process of implementation for role distribution. It includes three steps:the design of various and interdependent roles, students’self-awareness and identity of the roles, the determining ways of roles which the students will be given priority to chooseand the teachers to adjust.Part IV:This paper will discuss the process of implementation under the paths, principles and methods of role distribution. It needs to be combined with the classroom teaching. After analyzing the feasibility and importance of the implementation of the role distribution in senior politics class, this paper will design a class and propose the corresponding teaching suggestions for the process of implementActionaround role distribution. The discussion will be combined with "Culture Selection"(Frame Ⅱ, lesson 8, unit 4, "cultural life", Ideological and political course Ⅲ for senior high school(required)).The suggestions are as follows. Theteachers should designappropriate roles to form a variety of interdependent roles according to the task of teaching. By filling out the "task table for roles", the students will be able to understand and identify themselves and the roles. By filling the table for choosing the roles, the students will be given priority tochoose the roles and the teachers will adjust the roles in the process. Different students will play different roles through the way of exchanging the roles. In that case, it will be beneficial for the process of socializing of the students.Part Ⅴ:It is the conclusion of this study. This study willbe summarizedand the paper will draw the corresponding conclusions and propose the follow-up prospects for future research.
