With the development of economy and quality education in Shijiazhuang, the physical education teachers and students of high school in Shijiazhuang city have more and more demands on the teaching environment. We know that the environment of physical education teaching is a teaching environment. It is a kind of special education environment which is formed by the students and teachers in the school. Physical education curriculum is a multi environment, related factors are very many courses. The school sports teaching environment is a composed of school physical environment and human environment of a needle for school physical education, extra-curricular sports activities and extracurricular sports club activities carried out and the creation of specialized or formation of a general teaching environment. Because of the Shijiazhuang city school physical education environment is related to the Shijiazhuang high school students’ physical health, mental health and social adaptation ability in the future development. Therefore, through studying the present situation of physical education environment of high school in Shijiazhuang City, we provide a reference for the reform and development of physical education in high school in Shijiazhuang. And suggests that Shijiazhuang City High School of sports teaching and learning environment with a lot of attention and take effective measures to solve the problems, the Shijiazhuang City high school in sports education in the future more on a floor. And then for the country to develop more health for the community, the full development of the talent.This study used questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature method, mathematical statistics and other methods, the selection of Shijiazhuang city first middle school, the middle school, the fourth middle school, the six middle school and Middle School eighth, ninth middle school, ten secondary schools, 11 secondary schools and 12 high schools, 16 secondary schools, ten high schools PE teaching environment as the research object, a comprehensive understanding and reveal the component status in Shijiazhuang City high school sports teaching environment factors, to provide the reference for the Shijiazhuang City high school physical education reform. This study draws the following conclusions:1、Air pollution in Shijiazhuang City, the serious of physical education curriculum development is very adverse, to the student body health great influence, the school should rationally arrange the development of physical education curriculum, the Shijiazhuang City high school students create a healthy sports teaching environment is a very urgent need to address the matter.2 、 Shijiazhuang most high school school "sports and health curriculum standards" is attached great importance to, in accordance with the requirements of the national education department. But a part of the school leaders and teachers for the physical education curriculum reform indifferent, although the implementation of the "sports and health curriculum standards documents, but in the specific implementation did not in accordance with the requirements document and the spirit to implement.3、Local and school-based curriculum implementation is good, but there are some problems, need to improve, so that the physical education curriculum is more perfect.4、Sports venues are equipped with the situation is not good, the existing types of sports equipment is equipped with imbalance, middle school students sports compliance rate and sports venues and equipment with the status quo has a significant correlation. Sports facilities and equipment are not high quality, quantity is insufficient and so on.5、Sports teacher’s age is 50% in 30 years old the following, these physical education teachers are young and energetic, bachelor degree or above accounted for more than 90%, senior professional titles accounted for 10% of the investigation of the total number of teachers, teachers still need to improve.6、Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of education for all high school schools are given the sports aspects of the paper, 80% of the school implemented and implemented, there are 20% did not implement. There are teaching syllabus and teaching plan of sports school, the implementation is in good condition.7、Relationship between sports teacher is very fortunately, teaching can with other teachers to discuss teaching method, interacting with other teachers, help each other, healthy competition with other teachers, contribute to the development of physical education curriculum.8、PE teachers and students to be in a democratic and harmonious sports classroom atmosphere, most physical education teachers and students in the class can become friends, teach students in accordance with their aptitude in the teaching process of physical education, sports teaching evaluation to achieve a fair and enable students to be convinced and satisfaction, physical education teachers and students to establish a good relationship.9、Relations between the students very well.
