Teachers use speech to impart knowledge and explain the questions. Teachers and students’ emotional communication and information transfer must be depends on speech. Speech are the top priority of teachers’ teaching work. When teachers use teaching speech, psychology, mood, emotion will reveal naturally. Teaching speech not only to impart knowledge, cultivating ability of students, but Teachers’ noble moral sentiment and infiltrated, subtly influence students. The primary stage is the critical period of the formation of a person’s attitude toward life and learning.An important part of primary school language teaching is to train students high moral character and aesthetic taste healthy, correct values and positive attitude towards life.This author adopts the classroom observation, case analysis and expert interview method to discuss the following questions: The concept of teacher’s teaching speech education function. The main problems of teacher’s teaching speech’ education function in reality. The basic causes of teacher’s teaching speech’ education function problem. The promotion strategies of educational function of teacher’s teaching words.The author selected a primary school of the Changchun city, Jilin province, Dalian city, Liaoning province, Heze city of Shandong province, Shanghai Fengxian to carry out field observation. Listen to the teacher’s class for nearly hundred times and record the teacher’s language word by word. At the same time the author has carried on the interview to several language teaching masters in Shanghai fengxian area. In the classroom observation, the author found the following problems in the speech of teachers, Such as: teaching language use is not standard, the lack of emotion, demonstration is insufficient, lack of aesthetic feeling. Enlightening questioning words is not enough, the questions that pointing to the student individual questions is too little. Evaluation of words is too single and can not effectively play the role of coaching.The author has carried on the attribution analysis to these problems, and puts forward the promoting strategy of the teacher’s teaching speech’ education function.The language teacher should possess unique sensibilities of the speech, and "wake up" the students by speech. Teachers relies on teaching speech rich students unique spiritual world. Teacher has a unique operating force of words, Cultivating the students.
