It is essential to learn and apply etiquette for a person. The Etiquette is fundamental for people and family and Chinese society. In the history of thousands,etiquette is change constantly. However, its innate character is eternal. Etiquette is an important component part and core of Chinese traditional culture. As Chinese, we should have culture consciousness and self-confidence, undertake duty of inhering them. The most basic function of etiquette is moral spirit for human being. Everyone should restrict strictly and meditate on oneself. Li education is product which ancient Confucian Li culture combined with modern civilization. It is necessary method to develop humanistic literacy of students. The reason to choose rural primary Li education as research is rural civilization culture what is source and core of Confucian,the main ideology of Chinese civilization, carrier of modern moral education. So the rural Li education should make full use of the rich rural material and cultural resources, extract the Li education of the Confucian essence combined with modern civilization to nourish rural pupils spirit and enhance the Li and moral literacy.The full article include of five parts: the first part is background, questions, status,framework, methods, innovation and significance about study; the second part is introduction of Confucian Li education culture: Confucius, Mengzi, Xunzi. The third part consists of D primary school detail situation, implementation of Li education and result. The fourth part is about analysis of D rural elementary school Li education situation. The fifth part on countermeasure what develop to rural Li education effective. It is should different to urban education and consider to character of teachers and students in rural school.
