Since new curriculum reformed, high-efficiency classroom teaching has been increasingly embed public feeling. Teachers who want to teach high-efficiency classroom first need to solve to problem of the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents in order to use the appropriate teaching strategies to reduce students’ learning difficulties. Consequently, this research goes deep into classroom teaching, penetrates into teaching contents, to determine the main influence factors on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents in middle school as the research content, to the extent that make the scientific influence factors. In this paper, optimization for teaching behavior and teaching behavior effectiveness studies provides new theoretical basis. Meanwhile, this paper provide reference for chemistry teachers to solve students’ learning difficulties, promote a gleam of middle school chemistry teachers improve teaching strategies, and further breakthrough the students’ knowledge difficulties.In this paper, developing the questionnaire used for The research of the influence factors on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents in middle school, used SPSS19.0 for the data analysis, and finally scientific and reasonable influence factors on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents in middle school are obtained through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. And many factors affecting were reduced the dimensions of variable datasets, essentially to grasp the dominant factor on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents.On the basis of data analysis result, the influence factors on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents are divided into four dimensions:1. Teachers’ teaching difficulty; 2. Students’ experienced difficulty; 3. Contents’ objective difficulty. Obviously the dominant factor on the difficulty level of the chemistry teaching contents is teachers’ teaching difficulty.
