With the advancement of education informatization, improving the traditional model of instruction increasingly plays an important role in the progress of Chinese higher educational reforms. As a new model of instruction, Flipped Classroom is attracting more and more attention and research. To overthrow the existing teaching procedures, Flipped Classroom process consists following steps which emphasizes on learners’ autonomy and collaboration: First, teachers prepare multiple course materials; Second, students study the materials by themselves before class; At last but not least, evaluate and improve learning effects in class.This dissertation takes Flipped Classroom as the research subject, the main items are as follows:(1) Summarize the concept, characteristic, mode and development status of Flipped Classroom through the literature research;(2) Design the key elements of Flipped Classroom such as teaching contents, objectives, resources, learning activities and many others on the basis of it’s characteristics and traditional instructional design models.(3) Carry out two instructional design schemes respectively on the academic knowledge and practical knowledge in educational technology subject, for the purpose of putting the design project into practice.(4) Collect feedback information on the case design through questionnaire and interview, then analyzes the operating results and improvement project.The survey results suggest that: the practical application of Flipped Classroom’s design schemes are feasible and reasonable, which not only can help learners grasp and understand the knowledge point better, but also can stimulate the development of learners’ autonomy and collaboration.
