Objective: The aim of this study is to learning Jiang Su male badminton players’ physical condition and physical training load through blood biochemical test in different stages during winter-training season. At the same time, we contrast the change of athletes’ physical quality, technical level, andcompetition results before and after winter-training season in order to know whether the quality of winter-training achieve our expected. In addition, we tried to apply a new method to monitor training and competition load, and we hoped it can provide a new way to assess individually which contain the training load of badminton players’ psychology and physiology.Methods:(1)we conducted five blood biochemical test totally in the whole winter-training and we made a statistical analysis for those data, the index including Red Blood Cell Count(RBC), Hemoglobin(Hb), Red Blood Cell Pressure Product(Hct), Blood Urea(BUN), Creatine Kinase(CK), Cortisol(C)Testosterone and Heart rate(T).(2)we used Polar RS800 Heart rate tester for real-time monitor six players’ heart rate and exercise time when they completed those training items contains Anti-control ball training, 50 ball×4 groups of multi-ball drill, and the competition of national championships game, we collected those players’ finger blood to test blood lactate concentration by blood lactate analyzer instrument before and after these training or match at the same time, then we used Edwards’ TRIMP calculation equation to calculate the value of total TRIMP(t-TRIMP) and made a person correlation statistics contrast analysis between blood lactate concentration and the value of total TRIMP.(3) On the one hand, we conducted three kinds of tests before and after winter-training to reflect whether athlete’s physical quality improved after winter-training, those tests including ten times low center run to four gravity(recorded the time), a minute double shake skipping(recorded the number) and 1500 m running(record finished time). On the other hand, we recorded the number when athletes successful or failed to hit the badminton to the fixed region we served to them used these skills contains pull shot, lob, smash, putt, smoke ball, rub the ball and pick the ball before and after winter-training, in order to know whether those players improve their skills after winter-training. Moreover, we compare the competition results of these elite athletes before and after winter-training.Results:(1)At the beginning of winter-training season, the value of those indexes including RBC, Hct, Hb and T/C ratio tested in the end of first weekend were significantly lower than above indexes tested in the end of second weekend during winter-training(P<0.05). The value of C tested in the third weekend was significantly higher than it tested in the second weekend((P<0.01), and it’s value of CK was significantly lower than it tested in the first weekend((P<0.01). At the mid-term of winter-training season, the value of C tested in the middle of the fifth week were significantly lower than it tested in the first and the third weekend, and it’s value of CK also significantly lower than it tested in the first weekend(P<0.05). At the end of winter-training season, the value of T tested in the ninth weekend were significantly higher than it tested in the first weekend, the second weekend, the third weekend, and the middle of the fifth week(P<0.01),it’s value of Hct and C were significantly higher than those tested in the first weekend, the second weekend, and the middle of fifth week(P<0.01), it’s value of BUN and T/C ratio weresignificantly higher than those tested in the first and the third weekend(P<0.01), and it’s value of Hb and CK also significantly lower than those tested in the first and the second weekend(P<0.01).(2)The average value of t-TRIMP for Anti-control ball training, multi-ball drill and match are 123.17,159.50 and184.40, corresponding to the average value of blood lactate before and after those movements are 1.51mmol/L, 1.43mmol/L, 1.15mmol/L and 6.82mmol/L, 10.99mmol/L, 4.7mmol/L. Besides, the test of person correlation statistics contrast analysis shows that there is not exist significantly relativity between blood lactate concentration and t-TRIMP(P>0.05).(3) After winter-training, the totally average finished time of players complete the test of ten times low center run to four gravity shorten from 19.18 s to 18.63s(P>0.05), it’s totally average finished number of players completethe test ofa minute double shake skipping increased from 126.27 to 128.92(P>0.05), and it’s totally average finished time of players completethe test of 1500 m running shorten from 313.02 s to 307.01s(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The changes of RBC, Hct and Hb can well reflect the players’ physical condition and nutritional status during winter-training, and we can combine use Hb with BUN and CK to monitor training load and evaluate the badminton player’s body reaction to training.(2)This study indicated that there is not exist significantly relativity between blood lactate concentration and t-TRIMP, but it can not denied TRIMP maybe is a good index to reflect the totally load of training contains physiological loads and mental workload.(3)The level of players’ blood locate and the valueof t-TRIMP after multi-ball drill were higher or reach to match reflected multi-ball dril is a good way to stimulate the load of match.
