After the Nanjing National Government was established in 1927,The state has completed the formal unification,the social environment was relatively stable,and in the region of its rule,the government is based on the tenet of "triple nationalism education",vigorously promote education,encouraged the development of music education in primary and secondary school,the music education in primary and secondary school presented a picture of prosperity and development until the Anti-Japanese War broke out in 1937.On the basis of the systematic collection of various historical documents between 1927 and 1937,the thesis discussed the music education in primary and secondary school of this period in four aspects.Firstly,it research the background of theory and policy that affect the development of the music education in primary and secondary school;Secondly,it analysis music teachers training system of primary and secondary school in this period from three aspects,that is the expansion of teacher training,the improvement of the Teacher Appointment Chain and the teacher training;Again,through the analysis of the uniqueness of music teaching materials and music teaching team,it summed up the characteristics of the middle and primary school music teaching material construction of this period;Finally,research the practice achievements of the music education in primary and secondary school of this period,on the one hand,illustrated the importance of the enlightenment of the music education in primary and secondary school through tease out the education experience of the music talent in modern times,on the other hand,explore the close relationship between the development of music activities and the prosperity and development of music education in primary and secondary schools.Through a comprehensive combing of the music education in primary and secondary school of the Nanjing national government period between 1927 and 1937,it summed up that the primary and secondary school music education during this period have the characteristics of the diversified promote person,the diversification of teacher source,the normalized teaching material and the simplification of talent training type,it lay the foundation for the development of music education,improve the overall level of national music,also it ignored Chinese traditional music education and the problem such as "curriculum standard" is too idealistic.
