Research Methods and Goals: The thesis applies for the methods of documents and questionnaires, experiment, mathematical statistics, trying to connect training program characterized by low-intensity life quality with efficacy and evaluate training program characterized by low intensity’s influence on old people’s quality of life efficacy.The Content of The Research: Firstly, I sort out and sum up the life quality and progress of the training program for old man at home and abroad,confirming the author’s research aspect and position. Then the author analyzes the feasibility and need for questionnaire and experiment plan. On the selection of of training program with low intensity, the thesis applies for the training program done by Department of Physical Education in University of Tsukuba, including vigorous walk, autologous heavy-duty exercise. This is the task of every day we need to finish in three month’s training program of which vigorous walking is made in accordance with everyone’s health situation. It’s suggested that we walk about 10,000 steps every day to respond“10,000 steps a day” action recommended by nation. Autologous heavy-duty exercise includes many muscle exercising action: knee extension, sit-ups,squat exercise, push-ups, tiptoe-standing; the exercise of joints: the exercise of wrist, shoulder, ankle, tiptoe and hip joint.In terms of the choice of content of questionnaire, it’s divided into seven modules including personal situation, health situation, habit, body exercise situation, ADL, QOL SF-36 scales and self-efficacy. The thesis has done instruction for old people for three months and compared the change of the health situation, habit, amount of exercise everyday, ability of daily life,quality of life and self-efficacy between pre-and-post experiment.Results: Implementation of low-intensity exercise program can reduce high blood pressure of the elderly(P<0.05), can not change the heart rate of the elderly(P>0.05), can improve sleep quality of the elderly(P<0.05),the elderly can reduce body weight, waist circumference, BMI index and other indicators of body shape(P<0.05), so that the elderly person’s weight,waist circumference, BMI index tends to normalize; Implement low-intensity exercise program did improve physical activity of the elderly, the ability to improve the daily life of the elderly. Implementation of low-intensity exercise program to improve the quality of life of older persons( P < 0.05);Low-intensity physical fitness program to improve the self-efficacy of the elderly( P < 0.05), including the composition of physical self-efficacy evaluation criteria index score of 13 after the experiment showed a significant increase,including Strength and power(Handstand,Push-ups,Standing long jump,Sit-ups),Endurance(Hopping,Walking,Jogging),Coordination(Foot balance,Rope skipping,Rolling,Ball bouncing),Flexibility(Standing trunk flexion,Sitting trunk flexion). Elderly men in power, endurance performance better than women, the elderly women in the coordination, flexibility aspects of performance better than men. Appropriate exercise can improve the quality of life of the elderly, and to improve physical self-efficacy elderly.Quality of life of the elderly who excess salt, drinking, smoking is significantly lower than the control salt, do not drinking, do not smoking(P<0.05); Old people who have high blood pressure, heart disease,whose quality of life was significantly lower than those without high blood pressure,heart disease(P<0.05); Old people who have a high quality of sleep,whose quality of life was higher than the poor sleep quality(P<0.05); Vision, hearing,dental good quality of life of the elderly is significantly higher than vision,hearing, dental poor quality of life of old people(P<0.05); Quality of life does not exist gender differences between men and women(P<0.05); The quality of life exist differences in all ages. With age grew, quality of life decreased.
