| Research purpose: The rehabilitation effect of high-intensity martial arts training on physical fitness, mental health, relapse tendency, etc.of the abstinent personnel, and compared with the existing traditional rehabilitation methods in detoxification centers.Sports rehabilitation programs for the majority of drug addicts.Through this sports program, the problem of drug detoxification and rehabilitation of drug users is improved, the ability to resist drugs is improved, and the methods of exercise and employment and livelihood skills are mastered to better return to society.Research methods: In this study, experimental methods were used to select 60 male forced abstinence personnel who met the experimental requirements at the Tiantanghe Forced Isolation Detoxification Center in Beijing. They were randomly divided into routine activity groups and experimental groups. The experimental group performed progressive intensity martial arts training for 1 hour,5 times a week for 12 weeks, and the control group was trained according to the routine activities of the detoxification center. The experimental group wore a Polar training computer before training, and the exercise intensity was monitored in real time throughout the exercise. Before and after the experiment, the physical fitness, mental health, and relapse tendency of the two groups were measured, and data were collected in time to complete the statistical analysis.Research results: 1.There were no significant differences in baseline data,drug-related data, anxiety, depression, and relapse tendency, and there were significant differences in BMI index and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).The data are generally comparable.2.After 12 weeks of the experiment, the BMI index, response time, step index, blood pressure, and closed one-legged standing values of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in seated forward flexion(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in vital capacity and heart rate(P>0.05);3.Compared with the experimental group before and after the experiment, the difference in step index, standing with one eye closed, blood pressure were very significant.(P<0.01),BMI index, vital capacity, response time, grip strength, seated forward flexion were significantly different(P<0.05),while heart rate was not significantly different(P>0.05);BMI index, heart rate before and after the experiment in the control group There was significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other values (P>0.05).4.The difference in relieving anxiety in the experimental group was very significant(P<0.01),and the difference in reducing depression was significant(P<0.05);the control group was not significantly different in reducing the level of anxiety and depression;5.After the experiment, the experimental group and the control There was a significant difference in total mean scores between the groups(P<0.01),significant differences in physiological arousal, detoxification actions, emotional management, and detoxification efficacy(P<0.05),and no significant difference in family relationships(P>0.05);before and after the experiment, the experiment There were no significant differences in family relationships in the group, and there were significant differences in other terms(P <0.01),while there were no significant differences in the indicators in the control group.Research conclusions: 1.Long-term and regular practice of martial arts can significantly improve the physical fitness of the force-abstaining personnel, specifically by reducing the BMI index and blood pressure of the force-abstaining personnel, and improving the balance, flexibility, sensitivity, and cardiopulmonary function of the force-abstaining personnel;Cardiopulmonary function improved in the experimental group, but there was no significant change before and after the experiment.2.The martial arts intervention of progressive intensity can effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression;the effect of martial arts exercise of progressive intensity significantly reduces the relapse tendency of the force-abstainers.3.Martial arts exercise of progressive intensity is better than traditional sports rehabilitation programs, and can be used as a rehabilitation treatment method for forced martial arts personnel. |
