Study On The Intervention Of Social Work For The Spiritual Consolation Of Five-guarantees

According to Maslow’s demand theory, when people meet the basic physiological needs, they will desire higher requirements, such as security-needs and respect-needs, etc. The research object of this article is concentrated to five-guarantees,who depend on the supporting of basic necessities of life from country. So the old man’s lowest life needs can be satisfied, but the consequent higher requirements of emotional, social, entertainment and self-realization are easy to be ignored. Under the research about the needs of five-guarantees from J nursing homes, the author committed to enrich the elder, s spirit life, improving the unhealthy feelings of the old man, and links to resources, to strengthen the old man’s social support network, so as to reach the goal to promote harmonious life, through the team work method as the main means and the community work as auxiliary way.First part of this article mainly introduced the research background,significance, line and methods. The first part mainly introduces the research status and case analysis of Chinese and foreign literature, as the theoretical basis and reference for this article. Part two and par there includes the needs assessment and the plan formulation and implementation. Part four and part five was the assessment, conclusion and rethink of the activities. The Project objectives basically completed, but the old man’s spiritual demand presents the feature of diversity and complexity, which needs the social workers comprehensive mastery of professional means and use them flexibility. Secondly, the needs of the elderly often involves policy, so that much difficult to solve in the short term, and follow-up service is easy to be unilateralism, above reasons leads to the problem of the old man can,t be completely solved, which needs the long time efforts of social workers.
