The importance of reading is self-evident,but with the development of the times, people’s reading become easy and fragmentation,this phenomenon also occurs in the student body.The teaching of reading is an important part of Chinese language teaching,is an important way to develop language literacy and comprehensive ability of students.By reading,students can not only enrich their own language accumulation,but also preliminary spiritual dialogue with the world, understanding and perception of the world,however,reading content if confined to Chinese teaching material,to improve the students’ reading ability can only be an utterly inadequate measure.Therefore it is necessary for Chinese expanding reading instruction.During the entire period of students by education, primary school is the student groundwork and cultivate good habits of the golden age, the middle and high grade but also the important period of reading teaching. Therefore, in the middle and high grade stage language with an aim to expand teaching of reading, can not only motivate a student to read widely, but also can increase the amount of reading of students, better able to help the students to understand the teaching text. In the actual teaching,the teacher carry out Chinese expanding reading instruction,there are a number of issues.Based on the present situation, this article choose in the middle and high grade of Chinese expand reading teaching in primary school as the research object.Firstly, to reading, reading instruction,Chinese reading extension teaching these concepts are explained, and the relationship between the two with the diagram shown.Combining these concepts, talked about the middle and high grade of Chinese reading extension teaching in primary schools to textbook-oriented, student-oriented, diversified, and closely linked to the new course standard these four principles,and the role of the middle and high grade of Chinese reading extension teaching in primary schools. Then through the literature research, investigation and classroom observation,to the middle and high grade of Chinese reading extension teaching in primary schools of the analysis of the current situation and found some problems.Finally, put forward the middle and high grade of Chinese reading extension teaching in primary schools suggestions,the suggestions include the middle and high grade in primary schools Chinese expanding reading teaching strategies and approaches,which approaches can be divided into in-class expanding reading teaching approaches and extracurricular expanding reading teaching approaches, the author detailed from the boot stage, the analysis phase, the use phase these three aspects to illustrate the specific approaches of in-class expanding reading teaching,includes lead into guide language with lead students into the article,expansion at the question, expansion at the knowledge,based on the author of the text expanding and so on.From creating a good reading environment and the expansion of organizations and diverse development reading these two aspects to elaborate extracurricular activities to expand ways of teaching reading.Thus completing the middle and high grade of Chinese expand reading teaching in primary school study,in order to study can have some help in e middle and high grade of Chinese expand reading teaching in primary school.
