The new curriculum reform has had a huge effect on the college entrance examination proposition since it was introduced in ordinary high schools in our country since 2007. The reform of new curriculum and the changes of the test papers are interdependent and complement to each other. The college entrance examination which is strictly managed and concerned with most people all over the country. In addition, not only does it play an important role in the high school education but also has an impact on values all over the society. There is no doubt that the aim of education, the attitude of the country towards traditional culture as well as the requirement of students’ abilities, personalities and interests are manifested in terms of the form and content of the test. Consequently, it is of great importance to teaching research by analyzing the test papers.In the background of high school curriculum reform, this paper tries to summed up the new standard for the college entrance examination proposition examination site distribution, characteristics of the physics exam, capacity requirements etc. through analyzing the physics test paper of college entrance examination of recent years. And further, through this study we tried to establish a set of training strategy to improve students’ comprehensive application ability. The first part of paper mainly summarizes the predecessors’ research on the college entrance examination physics exam has taken to results, and the study of the meaning of the college entrance examination physics exam and expected to research results. The second part of detailed interpretation of the physics course standard ", the basic concept and objective interpretation of the objective and requirements of the test and examination contents and requirements, as well as the study of the physics course standard " and " test " to the requirement of the university entrance exam and positioning. The third part focuses on analyzing new standard college entrance examination proposition examination site distribution, characteristics of the physics exam, ease, examination ability from several aspects such as content, and summarizes in detail the college entrance examination physics topic last topic proposition 25 rules, test question characteristic and problem solving skills, etc. The fourth part through studying the college entrance examination physics questions to investigate the students’ ability, so as to set up a set of training scheme, in order to cultivate the students’ comprehensive application ability. The author, by using the method of comparison in two parallel class USES the different teaching modes, a class adopts the traditional teaching mode of "teach me first"; Another class to take the new "learning before teaching" teaching mode. These two kinds of teaching mode has carried on the comparison for half a semester teaching, finally, in order to validate the results obtained, the author elaborate the two sets of project of the two classes in the system test: in front of the teaching mode is a points test, another is a test of points after mode teaching; On this basis, the author also designs the questionnaire, investigation and study for two class’ s interest in learning physics. Finally on the scientific analysis of the result of the test to determine the "learning before teaching" teaching mode is feasible. The fifth part summarizes the whole paper and reflection, points out the shortage of the paper.
