Textbook is an important medium for presenting and imparting knowledge. High school biology textbook is not only a carrier of knowledge,but also a concentrated expression of the "Ordinary high school biology curriculum standards" concept and specific requirements. High school curriculum standard proposed "pay attention to contact with real life" point of view, on the basis of middle school standard. The curriculum standard pays more attention on training and emotional attitudes and values of high school students’ ability of education. Environmental problem is one part of bioecology categories, and also one of the hot issues in today’s society.Current high school biology textbooks pay more attention on ecology-related content. Comprehensive analyses of high school biology textbooks ecology content may contributes to students contact theory with practice material and excavate deeply emotional attitudes and values of material. In teaching activities, flexible use of these materials appropriately,can improve the quality of teaching and the ability of students to use ecological principles to solve real life problems, and gradually formed environmental awareness.This paper is on the basis of teaching systems analysis, development of doctrine curriculum theory, cognitive psychology theory and high school biology textbook preparation for the new curriculum requirements, and adopts literature research and materials analysis, contacting with interviews in conjunction with some of the high school teachers. Analyze ecology high school biology textbooks form content selection characteristics, content system and content presentation three angles. Analysis showed, ecology content of high school biology textbooks is better than before, involving these aspects: more systematic, more complete, reasonable arrangement,column forms, rich content, paying more attention on training and improving students integrate theory with practice and problem-solving skills.In order to achieve goals of students’ loving nature, loving life and protection of the environment, moving forward a single step, establish the concept of sustainable development and rigorous scientific approach.However, there are some defects, such as Individual exploration activities at the grassroots level teaching is not feasible. At the same time, three proposals were putted forward that,(1) Emphasis on teaching analysis;(2)Emphasis on the training of teachers;(3) Emphasis on the analysis of convergence point of middle and high school biology textbooks.
