Vocational Colleges, as the cradle of cultivating social practical talents, shoulder the important society mission, providing the precondition and possible development for the students of Vocational Colleges. But whether this may be transformed into the development of students depends on the combination of the occupation education teaching practice, characteristics of the students and the needs of the society. In order to achieve this goal, Vocational Colleges must pay attention to students’learning create better learning environment and provide effective guarantee for the trend of occupation, thus helping students to achieve great success.At present, Vocational College students have burnout problems in learning, such as mechanical learning, herd mentality, lack of enthusiasm, sense of worthlessness, irritability, depression, passive learning, and being infatuated with network. Vocational College students do not know well about themselves, the occupation or society. Such they choose their future occupation with great blindness. As their Talent and personality characteristics do not get real embodiment, they learn inadvertently, tired of learning, escaping learning, wasting precious time and education resources. Those problems are mainly due to improper learning concepts, lack of self-confidence and role ambiguity, teaching ideas, professional level,lack of scientific evaluation; increasingly fierce competition, role conflict and regional cultural differences. Under the influence of these factors, the students of Vocational Colleges can not achieve the desired goal, and this can influence students’psychology invisibly. As a consequence, they cannot stimulate their learning potential and develop proper study habits. Obviously, it is necessary to monitor vocational College students’learning process. And this can help students establish their coordinate position in the society and can be beneficial toImproving the appropriateness and effectiveness of vocational education. In order to improve the Vocational College Students’ learning level, vocational colleges must establish a new concept of vocational education to guide students to establish correct learning concepts, reshape the scientific evaluation system, construct perfect social support system, and provide ainstructions of student learning and provide good environment for the professional development of the students, helping them complete their study to meet the requirements of economic and social development, reflect their value, and achieve, their life dream.The problems of learning burnout do not appear accidentally.In fact, they are affected by multiple factors. It is required a gradual process of the cooperation of family, school and society to solve the problems. Through multilateral cooperation and new concepts of vocational education the prejudice can be thoroughly eliminated. Only in this way can we help vocational College students walk out learning misunderstanding, igniting the desire of learning and eventually eliminating the phenomenon of learning burnout in vocational colleges.
