Craftsman College Students Learn Research Burnout Situation

Professional education is the important part of the Chinese education system, it is also one of the important means to improve the economic development and the people's quality.The economic take-off can't achieve without lots of qualified labours. But owing to the opinion of pursuing high educational background and despising the professional education, it result in the low quality of students and education of professional education. The profession education is influenced to a great degree.Concerning to the present situation of the students'learning burnout (hereafter referred to as LB) in vocational schools and with the case study of the students in Dongying Vocational School, this thesis analyzes the reasons of this phenomenon with the aim of offering some effective methods to lessen this problem.The thesis mainly includes four parts as follows:Part one is the preface, which illustrates the reasons of choosing this topic, introduces some concepts concerning LB, reviews the present study of LB, and points out the significance and methods of this study.Part two is the questionnaire study on students'learning burnout in vocational schools.The target group is the students in Dongying Vocational School .Based on the questionnaire,the author conducts research and categorizes the attributive factors.Part three analyzes the influencing factors of LB in vocational schools. With the case study of the students in Dongying Vocational School, this thesis summarizes mainly three influencing factors: personal reasons of the students, school management and traditional ideas of students and vocational schools.Part four focuses on offering some tentative methods to lessen this problem with the consideration of the influencing factors: strengthen the building of teaching body,deepening teaching reform, strengthen teaching management, enhance the parents' quality,optimize the social environment.
